What information is kept about me?

Login data

We will better protect your data by adjusting your login data on the website.

With new passwords we will also require that these are at least 8 characters long and contain at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter and one digit. We do this to make it practically impossible for hackers to guess your password. We do recommend not to choose the same password as what you are currently using for other websites or for your e-mail account. In this way you make it easier for a hacker to break into different places at the same time.

To make it even safer, we will never communicate your password again by letter or e-mail.

Personal data

GDPR is mainly about the protection of privacy. That's why it's important that you know what information we keep about you. Below you will find a list of all personal data that we keep about you.

You can always change the above information via the website. You can only change your account number by contacting us.

Of course we keep more information than just your personal data in order to be able to carry out our job as a syndic. This concerns data such as property, invoices, technical reports, and so on. You can also consult this information via this website.

If you have any other questions regarding the protection of your personal data, do not hesitate to contact us.
